New idea

Can not delete existing file that was created with option batchID

hi everyone,

I added a file with option "batchID" from Add file API: https://techtober.highq.com/techtober/showSwaggerUI.action?#/Document%20Resource%20APIs/insertDocumentV

and I received a response with "fileID" successfully.

After that, I try to delete this file by calling the Delete file API: https://techtober.highq.com/techtober/showSwaggerUI.action?#/Document%20Resource%20APIs/deleteDocument

but I received the response: "Access denied". I'd like to know if there are any alternative endpoints / correct usage for this API.

Any help/support is appreciated. Thank you.

  • ok, thanks you so much

  • No solution. I've never used "Batch uploading". I only perform uploads on the submit. I would raise the issue with HighQ support if you want the Delete File API to support Batch ID.

  • Andrew Quinn, I know haven't closed the batch.
In this my case, I want delete or rename "file name" when Batch haven't close.

Batch just close when I submit "Add" on popup, all files change will be show in folder. Do you have a solution for this?

  • Ha Nguyen Danh, did you close the batch (4336_4337), to commit the operation(s). If you get the same Access Denied response from the GetFileInfo API endpoint, then it's most likely you haven't closed the batch.

  • hi Andrew Quinn, can you support me?
