How to enable 'Office online'?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to activate the setting 'Enable Open in Office Online' for Files module of a site based on this article : knowledge.highq.com/.../enable-office-online

But I couldn't find that setting in the current Files module (on both system-level or site level), instead I found this one

Are there any steps in the configuration that we need to configure first? Or should I ask for a support request?
Any help is appreciated. Have a good day.

  • Ha Nguyen Danh, I would contact your TR Support Staff. I can see the settings described in the KB, in my instance displayed in-between "CC recipient.." and "Email metadata"). So there must be a master switch TR Support needs to flick.
