System admin - create iSheet entry as another user

Hi all,

As a system admin, I can use the proxy login functionality to generate iSheet entries as other users.  However, I was wondering if there is some way to do this in bulk - either via the API or some other method.  Suppose that I have ten external users and I'd like to create a single empty iSheet entry for each of them.  Is there any approach that doesn't require proxy logging in as each user in sequence?

Just to be clear, I'm not interested in potential workarounds (such as using group permissioning) - I'm just wondering if there is a quick an easy way to bulk generate iSheet entries under other user names.  We'd like to be able to prepopulate certain data into their entries.

  • Sean Pillai, with a sys. admin (API token), you can generate user token's via Impersonation. Then, using these token's, you can perform API actions as those users.
