Workflow trigger for Add Folder

Is it possible to add "add a folder" as a trigger in the workflow rules?  We've got a workaround but it is quite messy!

  • Hi Emma, thanks for your post - if you set up a folder metadata iSheet then you can trigger workflow on a new record being added to that folder metadata iSheet (which corresponds to a new folder being added) - would that suit your purposes? Can you tell me what you want to automate when triggering a rule on a new folder being added?
