REQUEST: If an iSheet field is set to mandatory, prompt the user for the information regardless of how they are uploading files.

CURRENT SCENARIO:

Using a File metadata iSheet, we want to capture a required piece of information, ex. STATE.

The iSheet is set up with the mandatory field: State. 

When the person uploads documents, they should be prompted to select the state.

Works: If the user uses the Upload, Files method and either browses or drags and drops the file into the Add Files dialog box, they are prompted to select the required metadata.

ISSUE: If the user adds the files to folder using drag and drop, there is no prompt to select the metadata, select the mandatory field: state.
