Event Driven?

Do iSheets have any sort of event notification capabilities, such that another system could listen and be alerted for changes (records inserts and updates, mainly).  The alternative is to periodically poll for new records and modified records, which requires more overhead.

This is not about the Events module, btw. :)

  • Mark Salamon - I understand that webhooks are on HighQs roadmap. I am unsure if there is an expected timeframe for their release though.

  • We have gone down the approach of a minimal view (literally created date/mod date) that we query for iSheets we want to track, push those into a database and then query if the modified date is newer than we last stored, then we can run our own business logic. This is only for very specific circumstances and probably wouldn't scale if you wanted to run against all your iSheets though.
