Rulebuilder feature request

It would be a useful feature if there was the ability to add a rule "when an isheet record is added or updated" rather than the need to add two separate rules - one for added and one for updated.

  • Hi Caroline, we've had to split added and updated because we needed to incorporate different operators for these two user actions. If the triggering condition is an update to an iSheet record we need the 'changes' or 'changes to' operators and these don't work in a combined added / updated operation.

    In the next release (5.5) we're introducing a cloning feature which will enable you to quickly duplicate rules which will speed up rule creation for you. I hope that helps!
