Power Automate Connector

MSFT Power Automate is becoming the de facto glue between cloud services.  Having a HighQ Connector would be great.

Btw, this is a fairly easy process technically. (Getting approval from MSFT is the hard part.) All you need to do is create a swagger file for the API calls you want to include and add some custom additions to have it work well in Automate.

It might be more complex given that each client has their own instance.  If that makes it impossible to publish a connector, HighQ could create the swagger file and make it available to its clients, who can modify the swagger file to include the URL of their instance and then publish it for their own use as a private connector.  That avoids the need to get MSFT's approval.

  • Carl Walker While I encourage HighQ to offer this connector (either published or in a format that allows any client to create their own private connector), it is possible to build one yourself with whatever API calls you need. (I have done this before for another cloud-based platform)

Because the connector is simply a modified swagger file, you can start with the swagger file HighQ has already created and extend it as it does not cover the full api.
