Hello,
The company I work for is using HighQ Collaborate Version 5.3.6.1
I am building sites from a template using the HighQ API with PowerShell. I am very familiar with the API and have been using it for a couple years now. I am having an issue when I create a site from a template and then update the site. In the template if you go to Admin > Files > Enable Open in Office Online, I have this checked and enabled. When I create the site with the API everything is fine and "Open in Office Online" is checked. Next, I send an update site request to "enable the site inbox" and add a name for the email address. I get no errors and if I look in the "Files" admin settings the "Enable Site Inbox" field is checked and there is a name set for the email address, however, now "Enable Open in Office Online" is now unchecked and disabled. I don't understand why this is happening. It is not a property you can edit so I am not specifying it in the request body. Other attributes that are not editable are unaffected. Why is this happening? Is there a work around? I cannot enable the site inbox in the template because each site will have a different name for the email address according to the site name. I have attached an image of after site creation and one after enabling the site inbox. I also attached the request xml body I am using.
Thanks!
