I am trying to use the API to query an iSheet and only return items created since a specific date / time. 

The column I am querying is a date time type:

<headcolumn sequence="2" columntypealias="SHEET_COLUMN_TYPE_DATE_AND_TIME" columntypeid="5" columnid="4291">
            <columnvalue>
                <![CDATA[Created date

E.g. 1 record has the value:

                    <date>
                        <![CDATA[2019-08-14]]>
                    </date>
                    <time>
                        <![CDATA[12:11:42]]>
                    </time>
                </rawdata>
                <displaydata>
                    <value>
                        <![CDATA[14 Aug 2019 12:11]]>
                    </value>
                </displaydata>
            </column>

Using the advanced search (https://collaborate.highq.com/sitepoint/viewWikiPage.action?metaData.siteID=714&metaData.wikiID=26409)I was able to use the API to check for items created since a specific date but dont see a way to use the time part e.g. can I say all records from 14 AUG 2019 13:00:00.

I tried adding a <fromtime> object but it didnt do anything, is this possible?
