Is there an api to know if any site is accessed in last X months by any user? The 'Change List' and 'activities' api doesn't provide this information.

  • Hello Sheetal Jain there is an API which we release in HighQ 5.2 called Site Summary report which you can use to get an xlsx download of site summary which includes the information when the site was last accessed, however it does not list who accessed it last. Please check the swagger documentation for "System reports API" and you will find this endpoint. I am afraid there is not enough documentation for this method but the purpose is to allow API clients to download an excel file which can then be used in reporting applications like Power BI to generate detailed reports. I plan to work with the technical writing team to improve documentation for this method.

  • Hi Imran Aziz , thanks for the information. We got the report but got few queries:

    Is 'last accessed date' updated in below scenarios:
    - User just logged in site and doesn't open any folder or file?
    - Site is updated/accessed using any backend service through api?

    We just need the 'last accessed date', can we have this in site information api or in any activity/audit api?
