Clear tasks automatically when the associated action is completed

Hi 

When a task is created prompting a user to update a field, is it possible to have that task automatically cleared from the Task List?  

As it currently stands, I believe the user must manually mark a task as completed once they wish to clear the task but I want to know whether the task can be automatically cleared once the user has updated the relevant field in the iSheet that the task was associated with?

If there is no way of doing this, does anyone know a workaround?

  • Hi Gurpal, we don't have a way of doing this right now but we are working on some task and workflow enhancements which will enable you to set the conditions under which you want a task status to automatically change.

    Is the associated iSheet a task metadata iSheet?
