Clear tasks automatically when the associated action is completed

Hi 

When a task is created prompting a user to update a field, is it possible to have that task automatically cleared from the Task List?  

As it currently stands, I believe the user must manually mark a task as completed once they wish to clear the task but I want to know whether the task can be automatically cleared once the user has updated the relevant field in the iSheet that the task was associated with?

If there is no way of doing this, does anyone know a workaround?

  • Hi Tom, thanks for getting back to me. The associated iSheet is an ordinary iSheet and not a task metadate iSheet. Is there a workaround that you know of if the iSheet was set up as a task metadata iSheet?
