I have found that sessions on HighQ end way too quickly if you are not actively using it. I often find that if I am working on HighQ, and I get tasked with another job, I always come back to the session ending and needing to log back in again. 

I log in to HighQ and then I need to wait for emails to come in for a 6 digit pin which is frustrating as the emails aren't always instant. 

I also tick the box that says "Trust this Device" which makes absolutely no difference whatsoever, as next time I log in, I will need to enter this 6 digit pin again.
