We do not want users to be able to star a wiki page or add a tag to a page, just because it takes away from the way we are using the wiki as a way to display mutliple pages. I know that there are options to disable some parts of this but it doesn't completely remove it, we've had to resort to using some Javascript to clean up the page and get rid of the bits we don't need.
