Ability to create an iSheet column with a conditional choice/lookup for one single view on the iSheet

27362

We are trying to create an iSheet column “Country” which, when the required country is selected from this country choice column, this then picks up the relevant offices (related to the country selection).  We have only found one way of doing this by way of creating separate “Office” columns conditioned upon the relevant country but there are 30 plus and although this works fine when adding a new record but when trying to view this on the iSheet view all of the conditional columns must be displayed which is not what is required as the client obviously will not want to have to scroll across 30 columns to see their selection i.e.:  I have liaised with your support team who have advised that unfortunately this is not possible to advised I send this through as an enhancement request.

  • Yes this can all be done with javascript and collaborate within the site. You can just drop code in a wiki page, site announcements banner, or keep files in system admin file library and load through some content editor widget. As for tokens, if you want simplicity and willing to sacrifice some security, just store the app id and client secret in an isheet with permissions and grab them via export xml, or generate a token and keep refreshing that, and then store that token only. If you don't care about simplicity and want it to be ultra secure, then use a custom external authentication service to handle the rest oauth2 stuff.
