We'd like the capability to prevent site users from adding external persons to Admin Roles (Site/Member/Q&A/Reporting/Content) on respective sites. This feature may be turned OFF or ON at the instance level (and at site level, if feasible). Here, the 'external persons' refers to our Client Organisation users, i.e. any organisation other than Clifford Chance.
